Katie Bolognesi

Katie Bolognesi has a diverse work experience. Katie started their career at Target in 2001, where they worked as a Service Team Leader/Coordinator until 2005. Katie then joined Blockbuster as a Sales Manager/Store Manager from 2005 to 2012. In 2013, they transitioned to Libertana, where they held several roles, including Transition Coordinator from 2013 to 2014, Lead Transition Coordinator from 2014 to 2015, Manager of Human Resources from 2015 to 2022, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Throughout their time at Libertana, Katie has been instrumental in implementing new policies and procedures, improving employee relations, and providing support and training for professional growth. Katie has also initiated and expanded various programs aimed at employee well-being and recognition, such as an Employee Assistance program, years of service awards, 401k benefits, and employee recognition.

Katie Bolognesi attended California State University, Northridge. Katie completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management in 2006.
