Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources and Administration at Libertex Group since December 2018, Andrew oversees HR functions for a leading trading platform provider. Previous roles include Global Head of Human Resources Business Partnering at Wargaming, Head of Human Resources at Lesha Bank, and Senior Director of Human Resources for MENA, Russia, CIS, and SEE at Visa, among others. Andrew's career began at Arthur Andersen, and includes significant positions at Morgan Stanley and Qatar National Bank, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
