Martin Kiuru is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the fintech and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Libertex Group since September 2020, Martin has been instrumental in shaping the company's technological strategy and enhancing product delivery. Martin's previous roles include founding Make IT Work OÜ, serving as Co-Founder and CTO of CoinCoach, and holding CTO positions at Jingle Pay and Liber Finance Group. Demonstrating a consistent record of improving operational efficiency and product quality, Martin has achieved significant milestones such as an 80% improvement in stability and a 23% reduction in time-to-market through innovative technology practices. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
