Lika Kapanadze

Lika Kapanadze has over 22 years of work experience, primarily in the field of public relations and communications. Lika has held various roles in different organizations, starting from their most recent position as a Gestalt Coach. Prior to that, they worked as a Psycho Consultant. Some of their notable roles include being the Head of Corporate Culture and Internal Communications at Liberty Bank, Head of Internal PR at Bank of Georgia, PR and Marketing Director at Insource, and Internal PR at TBC Bank. Throughout their career, Lika has been involved in a range of tasks such as writing and updating materials, producing articles, building relationships with stakeholders, managing projects and deadlines, developing communications plans, and organizing corporate events. Lika also has experience in maintaining contacts with editors and journalists, staying updated with current affairs, and organizing high-profile events and conferences. Lika's work experience reflects their expertise in public relations and their ability to effectively manage and execute various communication activities.

Lika Kapanadze holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), which they earned between 2021 and 2023. Lika is also a trained Gestalt therapist, having completed their degree at the Tbilisi Gestalt Institute between 2018 and 2022. In addition to their formal education, Lika has obtained certification as a Gestalt Psycho Consultant from the Tbilisi Gestalt Institute in 2021. Lika has also pursued studies in PR at LSPR in 2009 and 2010 and has engaged in psychotherapy training at the Tbilisi Gestalt Institute.
