Christopher Troxell

Christopher Troxell has a diverse work experience across several organizations. Christopher began their career in 2004 as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps, where they served until 2012. In 2007, Christopher joined the Defense Contract Audit Agency as an Auditor, a position they held until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Compliance Examiner at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Following this, Christopher joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 2016 as a Compliance Examiner, where they worked until 2019. Since 2019, they have been employed at Liberty Bank - CT, initially serving as the VP Fair Lending Officer until 2020. Christopher currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, General Auditor at Liberty Bank - CT.

Christopher Troxell has a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford, obtained from 2009 to 2011. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University, earned from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2022, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Institute of Certified Bankers in 2015, and Certified Public Accountant from VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy in 2009.
