Hope Utterbeck is the current Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Liberty Bank. Prior to this, they served as the SVP, Director Business Applications at Webster Bank from June 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic roadmaps, leadership, and guidance for the technology organization, while driving change throughout the organization. Hope also led the Business Continuity and Disaster recovery for the entire bank.

Utterbeck began their career at GE in 1996 as Sr Director - IT Team Leader and was promoted to CIO - Sourcing & Enterprise Systems in 2002. In 2012, they left GE to join GE Capital as VP - Enterprise Data Platforms. Hope held this role until December 2018 when they joined Webster Bank.

Hope Utterbeck has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford, a BS in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University, an AS in Business Administration from Northwestern Connecticut Community College, and a high school diploma from The Gilbert School.
