Jennifer Bouquot

Jennifer Bouquot, SHRM-SCP, MBA, serves as the VP of Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness at Liberty Bank since February 2023, focusing on Leadership and Teammate Development while designing strategies for Talent Development and culture. Previously, Jennifer held the position of VP Employee Experience Lead, improving employee satisfaction and retention at Liberty Bank. Before this, Jennifer worked as Chief People Officer at Moss Corporation and Epiq Insurance Agency, advising executive leadership on people and culture strategies. Jennifer’s extensive experience includes roles at Travelers, where responsibilities included Director of Enterprise Talent Management and Human Resource Director, and Verizon, where Jennifer served as Associate Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University and an MBA in International Business from Franklin University.
