Marc Sylvain

Marc Sylvain is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, innovation, and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Innovation at Liberty Bank in Connecticut, Marc is spearheading an enterprise CRM initiative aimed at enhancing customer-centric innovation, with completion targeted for 2025. As the Founder and Managing Partner of MS Capital, Marc focuses on assisting retiring baby boomers in selling their businesses. Formerly, Marc held several leadership roles at TD, including Market President for Retail and Senior Vice President of Regional Sales Director, where significant contributions included managing teams of over 1,000 employees and achieving notable increases in deposits and sales revenue across numerous branches. Marc holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
