Troy Damboise serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operational Risk Officer at Liberty Bank - CT since December 2013, overseeing the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Program and leading functions such as Information Security, Regulatory Compliance, and Business Continuity. Previously, Troy held positions including Senior Vice President and General Auditor at Liberty Bank, Vice President & Division Audit Director at ING, and Compliance Manager at ING Funds. Troy's extensive experience also includes roles at Citi as Audit Manager and at GE as a Manufacturing Financial Analyst. Troy holds an MBA in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Finance from Merrimack College. Additionally, education at The Wharton School enhances Troy's professional credentials.
