Prior to this role, David was the Director of Information Technology at Royal Neighbors of America from May 2013 to December 2019, leading a technology team in support of internal and external systems for a historic life insurance organization. David's earlier experience includes roles as Application Development Manager at QCSA Holdings Inc., focusing on custom application development and core system redevelopment, and as Manager of Systems Development at Lee Enterprises, where a key project involved modernizing an older advertising system. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Ambrose University, earned between 1990 and 1993.
