Jon Flournoy

Jon Flournoy possesses extensive experience in the civil construction industry, currently serving as Estimator and Project Manager at Liberty Civil Construction, LLC since March 2024. From April 2022 to March 2024, Jon held dual roles as Project Manager and Estimator at G&C Excavators. Prior experience includes Forman/Surveyor at Elite Excavating from October 2021 to April 2022, and Estimator at D2 Excavating Inc from January 2016 to October 2021. Earlier in the career, Jon worked as a Traffic Control Technician and Foreman at OHL North America from May 2014 to January 2016, and as a Loader Operator and Laborer at Webber from June 2013 to May 2014.
