Vince Reinhart

Vince Reinhart has extensive experience in operations and project management across various companies in the construction and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving in an operations role at Liberty Civil Construction, LLC since September 2023, Vince previously held positions including Project Manager at ProDirt Services, LLC, and Operations Manager at DALRYMPLE GRAVEL. Additional experience includes project management at BCS Concrete Structures and operations roles at JJ Koons Company. Vince also served as Director of Operations at Jimmy Evans Company for over two decades and began a career in project coordination at Bradley Development. Vince holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Texas State University, where education was completed from 1985 to 1989, with prior studies at UTSA in 1984-1985.
