Betsy Lewis

Betsy Lewis currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at LIBERTY Dental Plan, a position held since May 2012, where responsibilities include directing a team of trainers focused on member services, claims, and corporate training. Betsy oversees the development, deployment, and measurement of training success for various departments. Previously, as the Manager of Corporate Employee Development, training programs were managed for LIBERTY employees across multiple states. Early career experience includes roles as a Technical Writer and an Accounting and IT Trainer at Fieldstone Homes, along with volunteer service as Treasurer for YWCA Central Orange County. Betsy holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Irvine and an Associate of Arts degree from Orange Coast College.
