Jenny Lindstrom

Jenny Lindstrom currently serves as the Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Liberty Diversified International, with overall responsibility for ESG and legal functions since June 2023. Previously, Lindstrom held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Secretary to the Board at Mitesco, Inc., overseeing all legal matters for the publicly listed company from April 2021 to May 2023. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Radisson Hotel Group and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where responsibilities encompassed legal matters across various regions. Lindstrom's early career included positions as Senior Corporate Counsel at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and a Junior judge/law clerk at Linkoping District Court. Lindstrom earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University.
