Jenny C. is an accomplished Banquet Manager at Liberty Entertainment Group since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Banquet team, supporting the Director of Banquets with administrative tasks, and mentoring team members. In addition, Jenny has been working as a Freelance Wedding Coordinator since June 2019, overseeing vendor coordination, budgeting, and event timelines. Previous roles include Assistant Club Operations Manager at Verity and Banquet Supervisor at Casa Loma, where task coordination and staff leadership were key contributions. Additional experience encompasses positions as Banquet Supervisor at InterContinental Toronto Centre and various event roles at FOS Decor Center, The Butler Did It, and The Humber Room. Jenny holds a Diploma in Event Management from Humber College, earned between 2017 and 2019.
