Chip Jaenichen

Chip Jaenichen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 100 Fathom US, LLC and the Executive Vice President - U.S. Flag of Liberty Global Logistics LLC. Prior to their current roles, Chip was the Chief Operating Officer of HMS Global Maritime, Inc. and held various positions at the US Department of Transportation, including Maritime Administrator. Before their public service, Jaenichen had a distinguished 30-year career in the US Navy, retiring as a Captain. Chip's naval roles included Commanding Officer of USS ALBANY(SSN 753) and Executive Officer of USS KENTUCKY (SSBN 737). Jaenichen holds a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University.
