Ciaran Flanagan

Ciaran Flanagan is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in digital television services. Currently serving as a DTV Service Deployment Engineer at Virgin Media Ireland since January 2012 and holding the position of Lead VOD DTV Headend Engineer at UPC during the same period, Ciaran has demonstrated expertise in VOD technology. Prior roles include VOD Technical Support Engineer at SeaChange International from February 2008 to January 2012 and IT Field Services at eircom from March 2004 to September 2007. Ciaran's educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Business with a focus on Project Management from Dublin Business School, completed in March 2023, as well as a Diploma in Management Studies from the same institution in May 2019.
