Emily O’Regan

Emily O’Regan currently serves as the Director, People Business Partnering at Liberty Global, where the focus is on strategic HR initiatives and enhancing employee experiences, specifically within the Legal & Corporate Affairs, Platform Technology, Strategy, and Commercial & Operations teams. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition, leading global teams and DE&I recruitment initiatives, and Senior Recruitment Manager at Travelex, where significant cost avoidance was achieved through effective talent sourcing. Emily's earlier experience spans positions in talent acquisition and media sales, including managing a team at Teach First and working as a Senior Consultant at Aspire. Academically, Emily holds an MSc in Management & Human Resources from the University of Lincoln, a BA Hons in Journalism & History from the University of Portsmouth, and a Level 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management.
