Hayley Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and service improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Liberty Global since August 2019, Hayley previously held the role of Service Improvement Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Hayley worked at Virgin Media from May 2012 to August 2019, starting as Team Assistant to the Head of Technical Site Engineering. Hayley completed a degree at The University of Sheffield from 2009 to 2012.
