Philip Maton

Philip Maton has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Philip started their career as an intern in the Fund Derivatives Group at RBS Markets & International Banking in 2008. Philip then joined Legal & General Investment Management as a Middle Office employee in 2007. In 2009, they became an Associate in Corporate Structuring at RBS Markets & International Banking, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as Vice President in the Risk Solutions Group at Santander Global Corporate Banking. Currently, they hold a leadership role at Liberty Global, where they started as the Director Treasury - Risk in 2017. Philip was later promoted to VP Treasury, Head of Risk, and currently serves as VP Treasury, Head of Risk and Operations since March 2021.

Philip Maton attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys School from 1999 to 2006. Philip then went on to study at the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification from the CFA Institute in September 2013.
