Willem van Kempen

Willem van Kempen is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience, product management, and strategic leadership in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Director Customer Experience & Product Roadmap In-Home at Liberty Global since January 2017, Willem has driven the development of innovative in-home products and managed cross-functional teams for connectivity solutions that impact over 15 million households. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Connectivity Products at Liberty Global and Product Manager for Connectivity and Smart Home Hardware at Sitecom Europe BV, among others. Willem holds a Master’s degree in International Business & Management Studies from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies from Pearson College London.
