Jarryd Ward

Jarryd Ward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quantitative and business analysis within global markets. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect and previously as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Liberty Group South Africa since July 2021, Jarryd has demonstrated expertise in structuring and quantitative analytics for trading derivatives, as exemplified during tenure at Rand Merchant Bank from July 2018 to July 2022. Responsibilities included dealing with vanilla and exotic derivatives. Prior experience at Investec involved PnL decomposition, structured products, interest rate derivatives, FX markets, equity derivatives, and commodities. Additionally, Jarryd worked as a Forex consultant managing currency transactions for offshore accounts.
