Ian Castronuovo

Ian Castronuovo has over 25 years of work experience at Liberty Healthcare Corporation. Ian started as an intern in 1994 and then progressed through various roles within the company. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Recruiter for five years before being promoted to Senior Recruiter. In 2008, they became a Regional Program Manager/Senior Recruiter, and in 2013, they were promoted to Director of Recruiting. Finally, in 2015, they became the Vice President of Recruiting, where they currently direct Liberty Healthcare Corporation's overall recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.

Ian Castronuovo completed their education at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. From 1991 to 1995, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
