Leyla Allaberganova

Leyla Allaberganova has a diverse work experience in human resources and administration. Leyla most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Liberty Home Guard, where they led a team in delivering comprehensive HR services, oversaw HR program administration, and acted as a strategic partner to the executive team. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner, collaborating with senior leaders to develop HR strategies and programs. Leyla also has experience as a Human Resources Associate, where they successfully launched the HR Department and improved recruitment and onboarding processes. Earlier in their career, Leyla worked as an Executive Administrator and as a General Manager at JM Learning Prep, where they managed daily operations and improved office productivity.
