Mike Swan

Every company needs one over-the-top-smart analytic type. For them, that’s Mike. He oversees all of their paid and organic search strategy and implementation in addition to heading up finance, operations and resource planning.

Mike’s online experience dates back to 1998 when he worked for an investment firm in Silicon Valley specializing in Internet property and infrastructure ventures. His primary role was assessing the online business models of portfolio companies. After the Internet bust, Mike joined a Mergers & Acquisitions division of Citigroup where he worked with close to 75 technology-related companies to enhance enterprise value through marketing and financial strategies.

Prior to joining Liberty Interactive Marketing, Mike developed, executed and monitored online marketing strategies including paid search, organic search and email initiatives for a division of a large chain of durable goods retailers. He has crafted and managed online strategies for Blue Bottle Coffee, Cold Stone Creamery, D.R. Horton Homes, Hancock Fabrics, Planet Smoothie, Pinkberry, sweetFrog, Standard Pacific Homes, Ticketmaster, Wheeling Island Casino and many more.

Mike holds an MBA from UCLA School of Anderson Management (where he graduated 7th in his class and on the Dean's list). The above are just a few reasons to want Mike working on your business. When Mike isn't working (not sure when that is), he can be found floating in a pool or relaxing on the beach.
