Dr. Lester Wormley

Dr. Lester Wormley serves as the Senior Pastor at Liberty Baptist Church since May 2010 and previously held the same position at St. Mark UFW Baptist Church from 2001 to 2010. In addition to pastoral duties, Dr. Wormley was an Adjunct Professor at New York Theological Seminary from September 2018 to June 2021, teaching courses in Old Testament Studies, New Testament Studies, Christian Education, Biblical Interpretation, and Preaching. Academic qualifications include a Doctor's Degree from New York Theological Seminary (2018-2021), a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Liberty University (2016-2018), and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Somerset Christian College (2011-2013). Dr. Wormley is currently pursuing a Master's Degree at New Brunswick Theological Seminary, with studies ongoing since 2013.
