Dom Chandley

Dom Chandley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Dom started their career at Burton Group/Arcadia in 1989, where they held various merchandising roles until 1993. Dom then joined Debenhams, where they worked for a total of 26 years. During their time at Debenhams, Dom held roles such as Senior Merchandiser, Distribution Manager, and ultimately Director of Distribution. In 2020, Dom transitioned to Liberty., where they initially worked as a Stock Optimisation Consultant before being promoted to Head of Stock Optimisation and Replenishment in May 2022.

Dom Chandley attended Warwick School from 1974 to 1985. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Essex from 1985 to 1988. Dom received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in English & European Literature.
