Katherine Baker

Katherine Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in claims and litigation. Currently serving as a Claims Officer at Liberty Mutual Canada since September 2010, Katherine has previously held positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Litigation Auditor and Senior Claims Specialist, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with litigation guidelines and assessing law firm invoices. Prior roles include serving as a Realtor at Keller Williams Energy, an Associate Claims Examiner/Litigation Audit Specialist at Chubb, and a Litigation Associate and Complaints Resolution Officer at the Law Society of Ontario. Katherine holds a BA in sociology from York University and a diploma in Legal Administration from Durham College, as well as a Realtor License from the Ontario Real Estate College.
