Bruce Love

Bruce Love is an accomplished professional in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Assumed Reinsurance at Liberty Mutual Reinsurance since October 2017, focusing on treaty underwriting in general and specialty casualty. Prior to this role, Bruce held positions at prominent companies including Vice President at Munich Re and Assistant Vice President at TransRe, where expertise in treaty and facultative risk underwriting was developed. Bruce's extensive experience spans over three decades, beginning with roles in alternative risk underwriting at NRe National Reinsurance Corporation and continuing with significant positions in various facets of risk management and underwriting. Bruce's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and English from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, Bruce has experience in restaurant management as a partner in the Love Bros Restaurant Corp.
