Aaron Arsenault

Aaron Arsenault is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Liberty Mutual Insurance since January 2017, Aaron has specialized in various roles including decision modeling enablement, contact center representative experience using Twilio Flex, and the modernization of telephony systems with self-service voice chatbots.
