Adam L'Italien

Adam L'Italien serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Markets Innovation and Head of Solaria Labs at Liberty Mutual Insurance since February 2014. Responsibilities include leading product innovation for Global Retail Markets and overseeing Solaria Labs, which focuses on launching new digital insurance products. Adam played a crucial role in establishing Solaria Boston in 2016 and has successfully expanded its presence to Singapore and São Paolo. Previous experience includes a directorial role at BAE Systems, where Adam managed P&L and led programs for government labs, as well as various positions at TASC, Inc., where Adam established a product development lab for connected sensing. Adam holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Tufts University in Engineering Management and Computer Engineering, respectively.
