Denise Coolidge

Denise Coolidge is an experienced professional in the field of business systems analysis and product management, currently serving as Product Owner II at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Business Systems Analyst at the University of New Hampshire, where Denise contributed to the migration of Advancement Services to a new CRM system, and several positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 1988 to 2017, where effective management of business systems projects led to significant improvements in communication processes. Denise began her career as a Customer Service Representative at Stoneham Cooperative Bank and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin Pierce University.
