Henry Sacco

Henry Sacco, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in software engineering and platform management. Currently serving as IT Director of Software Engineering at Liberty Mutual Insurance since February 2014, Henry leads a high-performing team of approximately 75 professionals while overseeing the Corporate Shared Services organization. Previous roles at Liberty Mutual include IT Manager of Software Engineering and IT Director of Platform Engineering, where Henry successfully managed teams supporting global SAP applications and infrastructure for a wide range of business applications. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Henry held significant positions at Staples and other organizations, demonstrating expertise in developing IT roadmaps, architectural standards, and operational support for diverse technology environments. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a BS in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
