J. Eduardo Ortiz

J. Eduardo Ortiz, MSAS, CHW, currently serves as a Consumer Affairs Specialist on the Presidential Service Team at Liberty Mutual Insurance since May 2017, bringing expertise in claims processing and departmental training. Prior to this role, Ortiz worked as a Patient Advocate at Children's Health and held various positions at Life Time Inc., including LifeClinic Coordinator and Run Coordinator/Run Coach. From September 2009 to February 2015, Ortiz was a Baylor Community Care Navigator at Baylor Scott & White Health, focused on improving access to care for underserved populations, and also handled guest relations and risk management. Ortiz holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Pensacola Christian College and additional education from The University of Texas-Pan American.
