Jen Ughetta

Jen Ughetta is currently the Chief People Officer at Liberty Mutual, but they have extensive experience in the talent management and development field. Jen spent 15 years with Munich Reinsurance America, where they were eventually promoted to SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. In that role, they were responsible for all facets of the employee experience, including talent management, high potential programs, succession planning, performance management, learning & development, mentoring and executive coaching.

Prior to their work in the insurance industry, Jen spent several years in human resources leadership roles with a focus on talent management and development. In their most recent role before joining Liberty Mutual, they were responsible for driving the talent management & development strategies across 5 companies and supporting 5000 employees. Jen was also a member of Global Expert Teams for Talent and Training, charged with driving the strategy and direction for global talent and development programs.

Jen has a proven track record of success in designing and implementing programs that improve the employee experience. Jen is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to help people reach their full potential.

Jen Ughetta has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, a BA in Communications from UNC Wilmington, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
