Jen Ughetta, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance for Global Retail Markets, overseeing HR and Internal Communications. With previous roles at Munich Reinsurance America, including SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and VP Performance & Development, Jen has a wealth of experience in talent management, development, and HR leadership.
