Margaretann Higgins

Margaretann Higgins has over three decades of experience in Information Technology and Commercial Insurance with Liberty Mutual Insurance, starting as an Associate Accountant and advancing through multiple managerial and director roles. Currently serving as Director of System Development & Planning and Release Train Engineer, Margaretann leads approximately 100 professionals across 11 agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), overseeing program execution and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous positions include leadership of teams focused on policy administration systems, data governance, and operational strategies, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing data management, system integration, and alignment with strategic business objectives. Margaretann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bryant University.
