Mona Gupta is an accomplished leader in operational excellence and vendor management within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of GRS Capability Center Operations and Head of Operational Excellence for Global Operations at Liberty Mutual Insurance since September 2023. Previously, Mona Gupta held the position of Managing Director - Financial Services at Accenture, driving operations sales across the Asia Pacific region. With extensive experience at Cognizant in various senior roles related to global portfolio delivery in insurance operations, as well as significant positions at HSBC and WNS Global Services, Mona Gupta has a strong background in managing service delivery and transformation projects. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business and Harvard Business School, Mona Gupta holds a Post Graduation in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology and a B Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
