Nissa Munroe

Nissa Munroe has extensive experience in instructional design and training development, currently serving as the Head of Global Risk Solutions Wide Learning Center at Liberty Mutual Insurance since September 2011, where responsibilities include collaborating with business partners to identify learning solutions and promoting training services. Previous roles include Training Manager at SolutionsWest Consulting, where Nissa managed system training for the Public Employer Readiness Team, and Instructional Design Lead at Blue Shield of California, developing computer-based training programs. Additional experience includes training consulting for Sutter Health Care and facilitation of tobacco cessation workshops for the American Lung Association. Nissa holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from California State University, Chico.
