Pauline Lui

Pauline Lui is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience in the insurance and education sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Functions Learning Center at Liberty Mutual Insurance since March 2019, Pauline has effectively integrated digital behaviors into learning and recognition programs, resulting in significant increases in mobile app usage and employee engagement with digital tools. Previous roles at Liberty Mutual include Director of Enterprise Learning Strategy and Assistant Director of Customer Experience Strategy, where Pauline developed strategic plans and learning frameworks to foster a digital-centric organizational culture.
