Shannon (Jones) Burnson is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Regional Manager for Risk Control at Liberty Mutual Insurance since November 2023, Shannon previously held multiple roles at The Hartford from July 2010 to November 2023, including National Accounts Account Manager, Risk Engineering Manager for Nashville/Atlanta, and Senior Risk Engineering Consultant.
