Samuel Cruz is a highly experienced Senior Presales Engineer at Liberty Networks since March 2018, specializing in understanding client needs and creating tailored technological solutions across various domains including networks, security, and telecommunications. Prior to this role, Samuel served as a Senior IP Engineer at C&W Business and Columbus Networks El Salvador, managing network and telecommunications projects and maintaining the metro network in El Salvador while leading IP teams and supporting complex solution designs.
