Ruben A. Suarez

Ruben A. Suarez is an experienced organizational transformation and change management professional currently serving as the Organizational Transformation Manager at Liberty of Puerto Rico since July 2016. In this role, Ruben collaborates with leaders to enhance agility and efficiency within teams. Previously, Ruben held positions such as Senior Culture & Change Manager focusing on fostering a collaborative culture and leadership development, as well as Senior Sales Manager where responsibilities included maximizing revenue and building key customer relationships. Additionally, Ruben served as Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Chapter for the International Coach Federation and operated as an Executive Coach and Sales Consultant. With a rich background in sales and management spanning over two decades, including roles at Pfizer and Pharmacia Upjohn IT, Ruben holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
