Jennifer Brice has extensive experience in customer service and coordination roles, currently serving as the Return Goods Coordinator at Liberty Pumps since September 2019. Prior to this, Jennifer held multiple positions at Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies from September 2010 to September 2019, including Lead Customer Service Representative & Provisioning Specialist and Customer Service Coordinator. Jennifer also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Finger Lakes Technologies Group from September 2010 to September 2017, a company that was acquired by FirstLight.
