Greg Silverman

Greg Silverman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in business development, investment, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at MHT Lighting since June 2020, Greg also functions as a Real Estate Investor at Liberty Building Partners LLC and DGS PROPERTIES, where Greg has initiated a fund to acquire multifamily assets in Hoboken, NJ, and has successfully repositioned properties in Jersey City. As a Realtor Associate at Liberty Realty since June 2012 and Team Manager for the Silverman-Reichel Team, which has completed over 600 transactions since 2018, Greg focuses on both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Previous experience includes a role as Vice President Finance at MHT Holdings LLC, contributing to innovative smart building technology, and a brief internship at Premier Business Management. Greg holds a degree from Towson University, graduated in 2013.
