Bob Goyette

Bob Goyette currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Liberty Senior Living, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Bob held similar roles at Bridge Investment Group from November 2019 to October 2024, overseeing operations at Bridge Senior Living, and at Harmony Senior Services from December 2017 to November 2019, managing operations for 25 upscale independent living, assisted living, and memory care developments. Bob also contributed as Chief Operations Officer at Carillon Assisted Living, where operations for over 20 North Carolina communities were managed from December 2015 to December 2017, and served as Senior Vice-President of Operations for Elmcroft Senior Living, developing foundational policies for the Senior Living Division from November 2006 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes teaching Assisted Living Operations at Western Kentucky University and serving in the medical field as a Medical Service Corp Officer in the United States Air Force and as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the US Army. Bob holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Wilmington College.
