Cassandra Fernandes is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product development, particularly in the bakery sector. Currently serving as New Product Development Manager at Amaro Foods since January 2018, Cassandra has a track record of specializing in Bakery Product Development for major clients including Woolworths and various Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). Prior roles at Amaro Foods include New Product Developer and Intern, alongside hands-on experience as a Junior Pastry Chef at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate and Chefs Warehouse and Canteen.
