Stefano Biagi

Stefano Biagi is an experienced purchasing manager with a diverse background in procurement and quality management, currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Liberty Magona and Senior Buyer at Liberty Steel Products since October 2018. With over two decades at ArcelorMittal, starting as a Laboratory Manager and progressing to Purchase Manager, Stefano has overseen procurement for chemicals, lubricants, packaging products, and more while implementing SAP as a Key User. Additionally, previous roles include buyer for ArcelorMittal France and responsibilities in ISO 9001 quality management at educational institutions. Stefano holds a PhD-MBA in Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, as well as a Master's in Chemistry from Università di Pisa, among other certifications in purchasing and quality management.
