Charles Goodsell

Charles Goodsell has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and positions. Charles started their career at Berry College in 2003 as a BITS Technician and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Liberty Technology as a Senior Technician, responsible for assisting clients with various technology problems. Charles also mentored newer technicians and helped them develop solutions for clients. In 2011, Charles became a Field Manager at Liberty Technology, leading the Field Team on projects and ensuring timely and budgeted completion. From 2016, they transitioned into the role of Solutions Architect, where they were accountable for the entire lifecycle of a solution stack. This involved tasks such as designing solutions, attending meetings with sales and clients, assisting in installation, supporting solutions, and improving offerings. In 2019, Charles became the Chief Customer Officer at Liberty Technology, followed by their recent appointment as the Chief Operations Officer in July 2022.

Charles Goodsell attended Berry College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BA degree in History. Prior to attending Berry College, they attended Spalding High School from 2001 to 2003 and Griffin High School from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Charles obtained the following: PIVOT3 CERTIFIED PRE-SALES TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL and PIVOT3 CERTIFIED SALES PROFESSIONAL in June 2018, Net+ certification from CompTIA in September 2004, A+ certification from CompTIA in September 2003, Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco in July 2018, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco in May 2018, VCP5-DT certification from VMware in June 2014, VMware Certified Professional 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware in March 2018, Cisco Unified Computing Technology Support Specialist certification from Cisco in December 2014, and VCP5-DCV certification from VMware in December 2012. Charles also holds a Certified Meraki Network Operator certification and has achieved a Cisco Certified Design Associate designation.
