Adrian U.

Adrian U. is currently a Doctorate student at Liberty University, specializing in Strategic Leadership, while also holding a Master of Science in Sports Management from the same institution. From June 2021 to August 2023, Adrian served as Manager/Lead-Event Command Center (ECC) for Security & Safety at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, ensuring compliance with NFL policies and managing security operations to protect public safety. Prior to this role, Adrian spent nearly 15 years in the United States Army, where skills in operations, training, and risk mitigation were developed, alongside experience in human resources as a recruiter. Adrian has further enhanced expertise through programs in Pro Scouting and Football General Manager & Scouting, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
