Chelsea Mangino

Chelsea Mangino has extensive experience in athletics administration and education. Currently serving as Assistant Athletics Director and Chief of Staff at Liberty University since June 2015, Chelsea has also held the role of Director of Basketball Operations and was recognized in the NABC 30 Under 30. Previous experience includes working as a graduate assistant and long-term substitute teacher at Albemarle County Public Schools, along with roles at Charlottesville High School as a sporting event worker. Additional internships in basketball operations with the National Association of Basketball Coaches and the University of Virginia complement a strong background in the sports field. Chelsea holds a Master of Teaching in Elementary Education from the University of Virginia, an MBA from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
